The idea of death and dying is a taboo in many cultures including my own. However, the importance of creating a will and\/or an estate plan cannot be overemphasized. A well-drafted will combined with a thoughtful estate plan can facilitate orderly administration of a person\u2019s estate, provide\u00a0 financial support for loved ones, prevent lengthy and costly court proceedings, and avoid unintended distribution of one\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to contact me with your wills and estates questions.
